Drink Water-The Bodies Lubricant

The importance of drinking water to hydrate ones body cannot be stressed enough. Drinking enough water for ones health runs a close second to good nutrition. There are multiple reasons to hydrate ones body to maintain general health. One should drink water in sufficient amounts on a daily basis. Warm weather activity, exercise and workouts, increase the need to keep your body hydrated.

There are many benefits to drinking water. One of the biggest benefits is weight loss.
By drinking water instead of soda, coffee and teas with sugar, and fruit juices, one can cut down immensely on their calorie intake. By eliminating the sugar and syrups contained in these drinks and others, these calories can be eliminated.

Drinking water also helps lubricate your body. This "lubrication" can help keep organ function healthy, help with joint and muscle mobility, and moisterize and promote healthy skin.

Drinking water also flushes out toxins that can accumulate in the liver and other parts of the body. It can aid the kidneys by helping rid the body of these toxins, impurities, and waste. Drinking water can also keep one regular by "lubricating" the digestive tract.

Other benefits of drinking water include, regulation of body temperature, raising ones metabolism rate, reduced risk of heart attack, increased energy and alertness.

To live a healthy lifestyle, taking care of our body and drinking plenty of water is something we all can afford to do.
